The Starcrossed Exotic Quest will award you with pinnacle rewards each week and is the mission needed to complete and unlock the Strand Exotic Bow known as Wish-Keeper.
You will most likely need to revisit the mission weekly to unlock the catalysts and perks like previous exotic missions.

What is the Wish-Keeper Exotic Bow?
- Snareweaver – Precision hits and final blows build energy towards a Snareweaver arrow that can be fired from the hip. On impact, Snareweaver arrows create a pattern of traps that suspend nearby targets.
- Silkbound Slayer – This weapon deals bonus damage to suspended targets. Gain faster draw time for a short duration when you suspend a target from any source or damage a suspended target with this weapon.
This bow is a PvE MUST HAVE! The bow’s signature ability to create Strand traps not only charges from final blows but also precision damage. Poke your head in and get some precision shots against a tough enemy and lay a Strand trap to get yourself out of tough situations or even stun Champions and Unstoppable enemies! Combat Bows are extremely fun weapons to us in Destiny 2 and are also extremely strong for solo and small team activities of all types!
