The greater majority of our services are completed on the same day of purchase.

We understand not everyone is comfortable with handing out their account information. For a slightly higher cost a full team of Sherpas will be able to play with you for almost all our services provided.

Both our website and backend order management systems are encrypted. Only the assigned Sherpa will have access to your account information. Once an order has been completed the assigned Sherpa will delete the account information off their platform. We encourage our customers to set temporary passwords for the duration of the service, if you are uncomfortable with our play for services we also offer play with services as well.

We have a robust order management system that assigns orders to available Sherpas. Once a Sherpa has been assigned they will reach out via email or text messaging to confirm the scheduling of the service. If you have a preferred time slot that you would like us to login, please leave a note in the additional notes section of the checkout page.
