The Pit of Heresy was first released in Shadowkeep as the new dungeon alongside the Garden of Salvation raid. The loot from the dungeon was power-gated with sunsetting but Season of the Chosen came alongside a dungeon revamp and the removal of sunsetting from the game. Now, any weapon that you can earn in the Pit of Heresy dungeon will be able to be used in power-enabled content with the guaranteed bonus of high-stat boss armor drops. The PoH dungeon is recommended 1100+ with difficult bosses and hidden puzzles.
