The //node.ovrd.AVALON// exotic mission will award you with pinnacle rewards and is part of the puzzle to complete and unlock the Vexcalibur Exotic Glaive.
Once you have acquired the Vexcalibur you will also need to revisit the mission weekly to unlock the catalysts and perks.
