Izanami Forge

Forge Completion

Season of the Forge introduced the Black Armory and with it new 3-man activities. Volundr Forge, Gofannon Forge and Izanami Forge.

To start the quest chain for the Izanami Forge you will need to get a Vex Transponder.  You will then need to complete a lengthy questline to unlock the forge that also reward you with a Black Armory weapon once you complete the specific forge quest. You will also need to complete the forges for weekly and daily bounties from Ada-1.

Izanami Forge Questline

1. Vex Transponder
   Random drop after killing Vex. Defeat 100 Vex.
2. Transponder Signal Lost
   Complete a Heroic Spire Integration in the Hallows.
3. Vex Transponder 
   Defeat 20 Minotaurs in Artifact’s Edge, the Hallows, the Glade of Echoes and Watcher’s Grave.
4. Black Armory Signature
   Complete a 630 Quest on Nessus.
5. Broken Izanami Igniter
   Complete Heroic version of Glimmer Extraction (Fallen), Witches Ritual (Hive) and Spire Integration (Vex).
6. Refurbished Izanami Igniter
   Collect Blended Ether from Fallen precision multikills, Condensed Blights from Taken Blights in Lost Sectors on Io and Radiolarian Vapor from the Investigation quest on Nessus.
7. Repowered Izanami Igniter
   Complete the Volundr Forge.
8. Repair the Izanami Igniter
   Complete the 630 version of The Insight Terminus.
9. Reignite the Izanami Igniter
   Complete the 630 Quest on Nessus and unlock the Izanami Forge.
